We are the licensed representative for Gordon Training International in Bulgaria, and our programs are based on the Gordon model.

Gordon Training International (GTI) - headquartered in Solana Beach, California, is a world-renowned human relations training organization. GTI was founded in 1962 by Dr. Thomas Gordon, a three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee,widely recognized as a pioneer in teaching communication skills and conflict resolution methods to parents, teachers, youth, organization managers and employees , best-known for his Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) , Teacher Effectiveness Training (TET) and Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) programs.

Our team is a qualified group of educators who are specialized in child development, organizational development, psychology and education.All the instructors are certified by Gordon Training International and are continuously monitored and brought up -to -date with the latest training techniques and technologies .

OUR GOAL

To empower parents to raise confident, respectful and resilient children by teaching them effective communication and conflict resolution skills through the program Parent Effectiveness Training. We all believe good communication is fundamental to success in relationships and are inspired by the profound changes these skills make within families and in everyday interactions.

To help teachers be more successful and have effective relationships in the classroom so that the time of both teachers and students is spent more profitably , with a greater sense of satisfaction and achievement for both , with less conflicts and more teaching-learning time through the program Teacher Effectiveness Training.
